BCW In Action is a bilingual social and economic impact organization committed to making a difference in the lives of families in Canadian communities living in Western Canada.
BCW in Action's vision is to promote the empowerment of Canadian women, girls and families in all sectors of society by building self-esteem, leadership and confidence through conferences, workshops, programs, etc.
BCW In Action promotes cultural activities specific to our communities, which gives a sense of belonging to Canadian Society. By building bridges, partnerships and collaborations with other communities and organizations, BCW advances the cause of women, girls and families.

BCW In Action offers programs and services for women and girls of all ages. Our Girls Empowerment Program offers women career training and development, internship opportunities and more. Our Active Women’s Program encourages, supports and empowers women to succeed, and our Centre of Wellbeing focuses on effective stress management and mental health.

Offers business information and orientation sessions aimed at equipping entrepreneurs with critical knowledge and skills. The knowledge, skills and insights acquired will support entrepreneurs to hone their creativity and learn best practices enhancing their business capacity.
