INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY
INTERNATIONAL WOMEN'S DAY
DigitALL: Innovation and Technology for Gender Equality.
Saturday, March 2, 2024, Black Canadian Women in Action (BCW) proudly presents its annual International Women's Day Event
Featuring the insightful speaker, Betty Hines, founder of Women Elevating Women (WEW) USA. The 2024 theme, “DigitALL: Innovation and Technology for Gender Equality,” calls on us to collectively recognize and celebrate women and girls championing transformative technology and digital education. It encourages the challenge of gender stereotypes and the fostering of understanding and value for the inclusion of women in all aspects of society.
In light of this, the event will spotlight women in Tech STEM innovation and other diverse backgrounds, celebrating their diverse accomplishments and recognizing their impact in bridging the digital gender gap. It will also emphasize the crucial need to protect the rights of women and girls in digital spaces, addressing online and ICT-facilitated gender-based violence.
Join us at the Edmonton Convention Centre - Hall C for a unique experience with our esteemed guests, engaging in a compelling panel discussion.
We are thrilled to invite everyone, including men and members of diverse communities, to this celebration. Dress code is Black Tie attire.

Les CREW sont initiées aux cinq piliers de la réussite : Connecter, Collaborer, Communiquer, faire preuve de Courage et Développer. Ces piliers constituent le fondement de la plateforme WEW visant à développer les entreprises.
