BCW in Action in Casablanca - Empowering Sustainable Entrepreneurship: BCW at the International Conference in Casablanca
BCW in Action was in Casablanca last week. It was an honor to join esteemed business owners, academia and professionals at the International Conference on the Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Casablanca held at the ISCAE Group, the first public institution of Higher Education in Management in Morocco, from April 25 to 27, 2024.
Jeanne Lehman had the privilege of sharing some insights gained from Western Canada Entrepreneurial initiatives during the "Rethinking Business Models in the Face of Sustainable Development Challenges" panel, moderated by Dorothy Alexandre. She was joined by Indira Moudi from Viandes Lafrance and Natalie St-Pierre from SDG Capital for an engaging discussion on innovative business strategies and sustainability.
Together, they delved into how business models must evolve to meet the challenges of sustainable development. She shared BCW’s perspectives on reimagining traditional business practices, emphasizing the role of entrepreneurship in fostering a more sustainable and inclusive future in Western Canada and the society at large.
Thanks to all who attended and engaged in meaningful dialogue. A special thank you to the ISCAE Group, Prof. Félix Zogning (Université de Sherbrooke) and Prof. Brahim Kerzazi (Groupe ISCAE) and fellow panelists for their insights.
Looking forward to more opportunities to collaborate and share knowledge on building a resilient entrepreneurial ecosystem.
